***As our health insurance program is a discount, rather than a co-pay situation, clients do not need a physician's approval or prescription, there are no limits to how many sessions per year a client may receive and there is no paperwork for the client to file.  Simply show your health insurance card at time of service, and pay the discounted rate out of pocket.  It is not necessary for your deductible to have been met...you WILL qualify for the discount if you are insured by a participating company.
