• Please note: Because a specific amount of time is reserved for your session, late arrivals may result in a reduced session length while the full session fee still applies. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

• A Credit or Debit card number is required for the first visit and is kept on file.

​

• FSA/HSA cards are accepted; however, it is the client’s responsibility to contact their insurance provider in advance to confirm eligibility and coverage for massage therapy services. If you schedule an appointment and your FSA/HSA is not approved or is declined, an alternative form of payment will be required at the time of service.

• While we appreciate cash payments, please understand that we do not keep change on the premises. Personal checks are accepted only from established clients.

• Payment in full is required at the time of service. Failure to pay may result in further action consistent with applicable law.
